An example of this is our subsidiary MW Forest Sense, which provides customers with innovative and environmentally-friendly solutions within forestry. At MW Group we practically work towards a more sustainable business and a secure future.
MW Group is a member of The Swedish Security and Defense Industry Association (SOFF) and is compliant with SOFFs anticorruption policy. Our engagement in SOFF are important means to improve and assure the quality of our anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts through our company group.

ISO Certified

We are proud of our three ISO certifications, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The certification is a testament to our commitment to maintaining superior quality, environmental sustainability and a safe working environment. The ISO 9001 certification is based on our management system - MW WAY - which ensures that customer requirements are consistently met while continuously improving internal processes. ISO 14001 focuses on Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and highlights the company's commitment to minimising its environmental footprint and promoting sustainability. ISO 45001 focuses on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems and underlines our priority of a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.

World Childhood Foundation

The World Childhood Foundation works to protect children from violence and sexual abuse. Childhood provides support to local organizations that are developing new and innovative methods to help vulnerable children and families.

ECPAT

ECPAT Sweden is a children’s rights organisation working to combat the sexual exploitation of children. ECPAT disseminate knowledge about criminality and take measures to prevent children and young people from being sexually abused. They conduct awareness-raising efforts as well as advocacy work directed at those in power.

Swedish Sea Rescue Society

Swedish Sea Rescue Society is involved in approximately 90 percent of all sea rescues in Sweden and receives no government funding. The Society is financed by membership fees, donations, and voluntary work. Thanks to 2.300 volunteer crew members, rescue services are always available 24 hours a day anywhere along the Swedish coast and on the major lakes.

Aktiv Skola

Aktiv Skola is dedicated to creating positive change for children and youth in Sweden. By offering educational materials, campaigns, and tools, Aktiv Skola empowers educators, parents, and communities to address critical issues affecting young people’s lives.

Giving People

Giving People is a Swedish aid organization committed to fighting child poverty and providing immediate support to families in crisis. Their mission is to ensure that children have access to essential needs such as food, clothing, and other basic necessities.

East office

East Office of Finnish Industries is a private company owned by its shareholders, but we work closely with ministries, organisations and other public instances in Finland, Ukraine and CIS-Countries for the benefit of our companies.

SSE Corporate Partnership Program

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) Corporate Partnership Program consists of a network of more than 100 leading Swedish and international companies that financially support SSE and enjoy a close cooperation within research and education. MW Group is a proud member of the Corporate Partnership Program, working primarily with the House of Governance and Public Policy.

Whistleblowing

At MW Group, we are committed to fostering a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all stakeholders. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to speak out if they suspect any wrongful activities or misconduct within our organization. Your concerns are of great significance to us, and we want you to know that your reports will be treated with the utmost seriousness.

To further this commitment, MW Group has launched an online whistleblowing system called Whistlelink. This secure platform allows you to report any suspected wrongdoing easily and anonymously. Accessing the Whistlelink system is simple. Just visit our dedicated portal at mwgroup.whistlelink.com

To make a report, click on "Leave report here," and provide as much detail as you are comfortable with. You are under no obligation to share personal information, and your anonymity is guaranteed throughout the entire process.

Once you've submitted a report, our designated team will assess it to determine its suitability for handling within the whistleblowing system. If the report is accepted, you will be assigned a unique case number and receive a verification code. You can use this code to add further information or track the progress of your case. We pledge to acknowledge your report within seven days and provide feedback within 90 days.

We would like to inform you that, as a company with a whistleblowing system in place, you may be mentioned in a report, either as an alleged offender, a victim, a witness, or in another capacity. However, rest assured that your identity is safeguarded when you are the person submitting the report.
