Honorary Chairman
Hans-Peter Lindqvist is Honorary Chairman of MW Group. Lindqvist is Chairman of the Board of Djursholms Country Club and a board member of Vibynäs Gård & Konferens and Görvälns Slott. He was previously the CEO of Adecco in Sweden and held senior positions at Xerox, Accor and Rica Hotels.

Carl Haglund, M.Sc. (Econ.), is the CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance. Previously, Carl was the Chairman of the Board of MW Group, as well as the Finnish Minister of Defence and a member of the European Parliament, and VIce President of Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group.

Magnus Brännström

Former CEO of Oriflame Holding S.A
Magnus Brännström is the former CEO of Oriflame Holding S.A, with operations in over 60 countries , and former Chairman of industry associations both globally and in Europe. A graduate of Uppsala University and a Naval Reserve Officer, he is currently a Board member, advisor  and investor in various companies in a wide variety of sectors such as Telecom, Total Defence, Energy and consumer goods. Magnus is also engaged in pro bono activities such as Chairman of Östkontoret and board member of SUBA, both active in supporting Nordic companies operating in the Ukraine. He is a board member of Hand in Hand, which is an organisation supporting start up entrepreneurs in Asia and Africa, with a focus on female entrepreneurship.

Thomas Engevall

Retired Rear Admiral in the Royal Swedish Naval Reserve
Thomas Engevall is a retired Rear Admiral in the Royal Swedish Naval Reserve with more than 40 years of active service and duty. Thomas has an M.Sc. in Naval Architecture from Chalmers University and is also a graduate from US Naval War College/NCC. His last position before retirement was as Chief of Staff/Deputy National Armaments Director at the Swedish Materiel Administration (FMV). Previous assignments on flag level include Chief of Logistics and Chief Information Officer in the Swedish Armed Forces. Thomas is a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences and an Honorary fellow of the Royal Swedish Society of Naval Sciences, for which he was the president from 2010-2014.

Lars-Olof Corneliusson

Retired Major General (Swedish Marines) in theSwedish Armed Forces Reserve
Lars-Olof “Hibbe” Corneliusson is a retired Major General in the Royal Swedish Naval Reserve with more than 45 years of active service and duty. He has extensive international experience, serving in Nato as well as in the EU and being deployed to Afghanistan and the Balkans. His last position before retirement was as Chief of Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission in South Korea. Previous assignments on flag level include Military Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and EU Military Staff as Director of Intelligence. After retirement he has served in the Defence Commission as an expert from the Swedish Armed Forces. Hibbe is a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences and a fellow of the Royal Swedish Society of Naval Sciences.

Bengt Andersson

Retired Major General in the Swedish Marines (Royal Swedish Amphibious Corps)
Bengt Andersson is a retired Major General in the Swedish Marines (Royal Swedish Amphibious Corps with more than 45 years of active and reserve duty. His last position before retirement was as Exercise Director for the Total Defence Exercise Aurora 17. Previous assignments on general and flag level include Maritime Component Commander, Designated Operation Commander for Nordic Battle Group and the Swedish Armed Forces Chief of Logistics. Bengt was responsible for the transformation of the Swedish Coastal Artillery into the Amphibious Corps. Bengt has been Regimental Commander and Commanding Officer of the Swedish Amphibious (Marine) Brigade. Bengt is a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences and a fellow of the Royal Swedish Society of Naval Sciences, for which he has been Vice President.

Gunnar Karlson

Major General in the Swedish Armed Forces reserve
Gunnar Karlson is a Major General in the Swedish Armed Forces reserve. His last position on active duty was as Director of MUST, the Swedish foreign intelligence service. He has held positions at the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry for Foreign affairs and has served in Brussels, Bosnia and Chechnya. Today, he is a board member and works as a consultant, mainly in intelligence and security.

Arto-Pekka Nurminen

Retired colonel
Arto-Pekka Nurminen is a retired colonel, serving over 30 years in the Finnish Armed Forces. Arto-Pekka has also served in international operations and was Finland’s defence attache in Paris. He has a deep understanding of the Finnish Defence Forces and its operational processes, as well as a broad experience of working in Nordic and international defence co-operations. His last position before retirement was as Commanding Officer of Pori Brigade

Magnus Meyer

Former President and CEO of WSP Europe
Magnus Meyer is the former President and CEO of WSP Europe and has held similar leadership positions in several companies in engineering and real estate sectors. Magnus also has a background as the Swedish Attaché of Science and Technology in Los Angeles. He is the Chairman of the board of Svevia AB, and serves on several other boards, including for example Infranord AB, Vasakronan AB, Fagerhult AB, Coor Service Management AB and Tyréns Group AB.

Former Chief of Staff to Saab Group's CEO
Owe Wagermark is the former Chief of Staff to Saab Group's CEO. Before that, he was the deputy Chief of the Swedish Air Force. He is an active Board member of eCiceron AB, Polar Mist Technologies AB and BLCKR AB.
