With over 30 years of sales experience, Michael Gozzi joins MW Group as Chief Sales & Operation Officer. Gozzi excels in providing solutions to complex challenges and has extensive experience and proven success as a leader.

MW Group is undergoing extensive growth of its global operation and the recruitment of a CSOO is an important part of that expansion. With his broad experience in sales, Gozzi enters MW Group with a mission to accelerate the organization’s growth in the Nordic Countries. By joining the company, he will support MW Groups mission to build a stronger society. Gozzi will represent and lead all MW Groups’ business units globally.

Most recently Gozzi came from Pema Sweden AB, where he succeeded to build the growth of the organization to a turnover of SEK 700 million as MD. With this considerable knowledge and experience, Gozzi is a welcomed recruit to the team.
